Nach den vielen Rückmeldungen zum jüngsten Honig-Video habe ich mich entschieden, noch mehr zum Thema Honig zu machen. Zum Beispiel kann man auch eine Massage mit Honig machen. Eine einfache Massagetechnik zeige ich euch hier im Video. Hintergrundwissen Honig (Wikipedia): Honig ist ein von Honigbienen zur eigenen Nahrungsvorsorge aus dem Nektar von Blüten oder Honigtau erzeugtes Lebensmittel. Seine Qualitätsmindestanforderungen regelt in Deutschland die Honigverordnung. Honig besteht aus etwa 200 verschiedenen Inhaltsstoffen. Die Zusammensetzung kann je nach Honigsorte sehr unterschiedlich sein. Die mengenmäßig wichtigsten Inhaltsstoffe sind Fruchtzucker (27 bis 44 %), Traubenzucker (22 bis 41 %) und Wasser (ca. 18 %). Waldhonig ist die allgemeine Bezeichnung für Honig aus Honigtau, wenn die Herkunft nicht überwiegend von einer Pflanzenart stammt. Quellen sind Schild- und Rindenläuse auf Fichten, Douglasien, Kiefern und Tannen, oft ist auch ein gewisser Anteil von Nektar aus Blütenpflanzen vorhanden. Dieser darf aber nicht überwiegen. Er hat einen kräftigen, leicht herben Geschmack und ist von hell- bis dunkelbrauner Farbe.
